NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 9, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-056676 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 9 a.m. on 9 day of February, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 19, Block 29, UNIT 8, SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES according to the map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, recorded in Deed Book 259, Page 126, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
