Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 01/06/2015 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of R.B. Chips Shore clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Manatee County, Florida, described as:

BEGIN 160 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (1/4) OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST; THENCE SOUTH 160 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID 40, THENCE EAST TO A POINT ON THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID TRACT ABOVE REFERRED TO, CONVEYED BY S.W. MILLER TO SAID EMILY W.
