NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-051430 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSE CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST GEORGE E. GLUNT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7 day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 29, TROPIC ISLES, Section 4, Unit 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 67, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
