GENEVIEVE MACHIELE, as Trustees for the Paul and Genevieve Machiele Trust under Agreement dated October 27, 2006; PAUL MACHIELE; GENEVIEVE MACHIELE; and JOHN DOE,

Notice is hereby given that R. B. Shore, Clerk of Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on February 13, 2015 at 11:00 AM, conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Unit No. 108, Phase II, The Greens at Pinebrook, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1189, Pages 759 through 837, inclusive, as amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 21, Pages 21 thru 25, inclusive, and as amended in Condominium Book 21, Page 181, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 9, 2015 in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is The Greens at Pinebrook Owners' Association, Inc. vs. Paul Machiele, et al, and the Case number of which is number 2014 CC 00125.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
