Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 14, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
THE NORTH 65 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 'B”, TANGELO PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. ALSO A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6, AND RUN THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF MINEOLA STREET, A DISTANCE OF 12.7 FEET, TO A POINT; RUN THENCE WEST AND PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 6, A DISTANCE OF 110 FEET, TO A POINT; RUN THENCE SOUTH TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6; RUN THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 6, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 4504 MINEOLA STREET, BRADENTON, FL 34207; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on February 17, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
