NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JAN 8, 2015 and entered in 2012-CA-057082 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and ANDREW HERRON; RENEE HERRON; CAPE CORAL CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1;UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are theDefendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 9, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 66 AND 67, BLOCK 6099, UNIT 97, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 85 THROUGH 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
