NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 9, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA001183AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which PHH Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and David L Arnold, Sharon Arnold, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
