NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054979, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 4 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and LLOYD J. MANDEL A/K/A LLOYD MANUEL; CHERI A. MANDEL; SUNTRUST BANK, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 9 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31 AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 32, IONA SHORES, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 110 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
