Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-055745 , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff, and FRANZ ROSINUS, TRUSTEE, OF THE FRANZ ROSINUS GRANTOR TRUST U/A/D MARCH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANZ ROSINUS; THE RESIDENCES OF COCONUT POINT IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE RESIDENCES AT COCONUT POINT MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; COCONUT POINT, AREA 2 MASTER PROPERTY OWNER ASSOCIATION, INC.; M&I MARSHALL & ILSLEY BANK, A FOREIGN CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on February 11, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 7114, BUILDING NO. M2, THE RESIDENCES AT COCONUT POINT IV , A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTR# 2008000073747, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
