Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 13-CA-52336 , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and JOHNIA L. BURRIS; JARRAH L. BURRIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JARRAH L. BURRIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHNIA L. BURRIS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JUAN VALENTINE; UNKNOWN TENANTS #2-4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on May 7, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39 AND 40 BLOCK 2128, UNIT 32, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16 PAGES 1 THROUGH 13, INCLUSUVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
