NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 23, 2014, entered in Case No. 41 2010CA005588AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey A. Hertzberg a/k/a Jeff Hertzberg ; and Ruth L. David a/k/a Ruth David; Husband and Wife; CitiFinancial Mortgage Company, Inc. as successor in interest to Ford Consumer Finance Company, Inc.; Unknown Tenants in Possession #1; Unknown Tenants in Possession #2; If Living, and all unknown Parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK C, CAPE VISTA, FIRST UNIT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 73 AND 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
