Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 10, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
LOTS 76 & 77, BLOCK 3828, UNIT 52, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 49 THROUGH 63, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1104NW22ND AVE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33993; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com on February 9, 2015 at 9 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
