Notice is hereby given that on February 12, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Richard B, Shore, III, Clerk of the Manatee Circuit Court, will offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Manatee County, Florida, as follows:
LOT 109, BLOCK “B-5”, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE, SUBPHASE A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 21, 2014, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
