NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 9, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2014-CA-051027 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9 a.m. on 11 day February, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
All that certain parcel of land situate in the county of Lee and State of Florida, being known and designated as follows:
Lot 18, Citrus River Estates Unit 2, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 31, Pages 25 and 26, of the Public Records of Lee county, Florida .
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
