NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Non-Jury Trial filed January 9, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-054202 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 9th day of February, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lots 27 and 28, Block 5819, Unit 88, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 127 to 143, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
