NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2015 and entered in 2008CA55911 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORPORATION, COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-7, is the Plaintiff and GEORGE DONEY; VALERIE DONEY; PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC; LAGUNA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LAGUNA LAND TRUST are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 201, BUILDING Q OF PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4211, PAGE 4284, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
