NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2015, and entered in 12-CA-054338 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and COMPTON CLELLAND; NADINE CLELLAND; CAPE CORAL CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; ELETHIA PRINCESS SOMERS are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, 26 & 27, BLOCK 4403, UNIT 63, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 48 THROUGH 81, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
