NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 14-CA-050033, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and VICTORINO DIAZ; MAGALY GARCIA; ROYAL HAWAIIAN CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on Feb. 23, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 507, ROYAL HAWAIIAN CLUB CONDOMINIUM, PHASE IV, A, CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1541, PAGE 679, AND AS RE-RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1546, PAGE 2199, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
