Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, is the Plaintiff and Cinde A. Carroll, Bermuda Park Association, Unknown Spouse of Eva Geraldine Morris, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 6th of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
