LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK 223, UNIT 15, SAN CARLOS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 50, PAGE 509 THROUGH 512, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
