NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered December 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 013488 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For CSAB Mortgage-backed Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Kristina Burgess, Jane Doe, John Doe, Southgate Community Association, Inc.,Unknown Spouse Of Kristina Burgress, Century Bank, FSB, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 6th of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
