NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2015 and entered in 11-CA-51835 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB N/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A., is the Plaintiff and JOE FURDELL A/K/A JOSEPH JAMES FURDELL; SUNSET NORTH INC. AKA SUNSET NORTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 23, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 2C, OF SUNSET NORTH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1589, PAGES 1145 THROUGH 1218, INCLUSIVE AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/30 SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED TO SAID DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
