NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-005542 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-RP3, is Plaintiff and ANTONIO CARDEL A/K/A MARCO ANTONIO CARDEL, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforecose.com at 9:00A.M. on the 6th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK U, VIRGINIA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Located: 2840 Dueby Street, Sarasota, FL 34231
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
