NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 001749 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-CB5, is Plaintiff and Alexander Chejlyk, et al., are the Defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 4th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 15, Block 2760, Port Charlotte, 55th Addition, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 22, Page(s) 40 and 40A through 40E, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Property Address: 4760 Payne Street, North Port, FL 34287
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
