NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated Jan 8, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2014-CA-051220 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 9 day of Feb, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, of Moody River Estates, Unit Three, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 81, Pages 92 and 93, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
