YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Sarasota, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Lots 7948, 7949 and the Northerly 1/2 of Lot 7947, South Venice, Unit No. 29, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 82, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, by February 16, 2015, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
