NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF MARION H. MAJIT; VIRGILENE S. FISCHER; SANDRA ILLSCHE, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 9 day of Feb, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS NUMBERED 74 AND 75, BLOCK 26, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS UNIT NO. 6, PINE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 82.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
