NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 5, 2015 in Case No. 2014 CC 4886 NC, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will, on February 9, 2015, at 9:00 a.m., via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit 133, VILLAGE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1302, Page 1441 and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 12, Pages 28, 28A through 28E, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and as amended in Condominium Book 14, Pages 9, 9A through 9I, inclusive, and Condominium Book 15, Pages 39, 39A through 39I of said records.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
