NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-050996 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGEIT TRUST 2005-2, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL SMART, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with
Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 9 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23 & 24, BLOCK 44 CAPE CORAL, UNIT 6 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 60, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
