NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-053390 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-PR1 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and MAGDA ROBLES A/K/A LEDY ROBLES MAGDA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 9 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 120 Laguna Lakes, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 74, Page 1, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
