A/K/A Country Club Estates Association, Inc., Donna Nuccitelli, Linda Samson, Sloane Wilkinson A/K/A Sloane A. Wilkinson A/K/A Sloane M. Wilkinson, Thomas Nuccitelli, United States Of America, Acting On Behalf Of The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development, Unknown Tenant #1, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 23 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
