Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 5, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
LOT 299, SAWGRASS, UNIT 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 14 AND 14A THROUGH 14J, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 472 ARBORVIEW LN, VENICE, FL 34292; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales are held online at: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on February 9, 2015 at 9:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
