AND PARCEL 125-A, BEING A PORTION OF PARCEL “A”, BARNEY MOOSE SUBDIVISION, UNRECORDED OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 125, SHADOW LAKES, AS SHOWN ON PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 26 AND 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN NORTH 75.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 21'53” EAST, 70.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 75.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 21'53” WEST, 70.00 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 125, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 12637 PECAN TREE DRIVE, HUDSON, FL 34669; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on February 9, 2015 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
