NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-003385WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-1, Plaintiff and MARY E NOFSINGER; WILLIAM C. NOFSINGER JR.; ET AL, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pasco.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this February 16th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
