BARTINIKAS and CATHLEEN J. BARTINIKAS, husband and wife is the Plaintiff and HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE OF SARASOTA, INC., a Florida
corporation; VALRIE LAMBERT, a married woman; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the defendants, I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County,
Florida, described as:
UNIT 2705-A, HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1368, PAGE 1482 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGE 16, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes. Foreclosure sale to be conducted on the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on February 12, 2015.
