NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated January 7, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-004879-NC in the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein BENEVA RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and LARRY ALAN HEISER, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 9:00 A.M. on February 12, 2015.

More commonly known as: 4001 Beneva Road, Unit 410, Sarasota, Florida 34233.
