NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit 24, Building 8, SUNNYBROOK VI, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 91 and 92, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed February 19, 1986 in Official Record Book 1481, Page 1144 and amendments thereto of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Together with a perpetual and non-exclusive easement in common with, but not limited to, all other owners of an undivided interest in the improvements upon the land above described, for ingress and egress and use of all public passageways, as well as common areas and facilities upon the land above described.
