NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 9th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-007118 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and KERMIT A. WHEELER; NICOLE L. WHEELER; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED; SUNTRUST BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 6th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EASTERLY 18.8 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF CONRAD AVENUE THAT HAS BEEN CLOSED BETWEEN COURTLAND STREET AND BROWNING STREET, PLUS THE WESTERLY 66.2 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 37, BLOCK A, BELLEVUE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
