NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 6th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 005204 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and JAMES E. MCLEOD A/K/A JAMES EARL MCLEOD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES E. MCLEOD A/K/A JAMES EARL MCLEOD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SYNOVUS BANK F/K/A SYNOVUS BANK OF TAMPA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, BRENTWOOD ESTATES, UNIT NO.1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 6 AND 6A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
