AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE1 is the Plaintiff, and PAUL FAZENBAKER, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MARK N. FAZENBAKER; TOWER LAKES LAND TRUST ESTATE OF MARK NELSON FAZENBAKER: R.M. LEE DEVELOPMENT CO; are Defendants.
