NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 4, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-004083-CAAX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and LINDA L JACKSON; NICHOLE JACKSON; UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS, INC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash to www.pasco.realforeclose.com on February 3, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 2, MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 4A UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 14 THROUGH 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
