NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 9, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-003900-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-OC7 is the Plaintiff, and CATHERINE LUBELSKI A/K/A CATHERINE E. LUBELSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE LUBELSKI A/K/A CATHERINE E. LUBELSKI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR; CACH LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 THROUGH #4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash to www.pasco.realforeclose.com on February 3, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 550, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT THREE ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 119, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
