NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007210 ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and WILLIAM BRENT BUSSEY A/K/A WILLIAM BUSSEY A/K/A WILLIAM B. BUSSEY A/K/A BRENT BUSSEY A/K/A BRENT WILLIAM BUSSEY; KRISTEN MARIE LLOYD A/K/A KRISTEN MARIE BUSSEY; CHAPEL PINES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on March 2nd, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
