NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015 and entered in case 2013-CA-008244 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Tropical Financial Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Darren T. Gorney, Stephany Grayson, National Revenue Service, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Darren T. Gorney, Mildred L. Krause, and the Estate of Mildred L. Krause are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 13th day of APRIL, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lots 16 and 18, Less the Easterly 10.00 feet, Block C, GREER'S ADDITION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 199, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Property Address: 503 Richardson Way. Sarasota FL 34232.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
