NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003145-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Legal Title Trustee for LVS Title Trust I, Plaintiff and Kathia Castro Sanchez a/k/a Kathia Castro Muñoz a/k/a Kathia C. Sanchez a/k/a Kathia Cast are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on February 6, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 8B, CONTINENTALS SEA CLUB II. PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1233, PAGES 73 TO 123, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 10, PAGES 43, 43A TO 43C, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
