Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Circuit Court, Pasco County, Florida, will on the 10th Day of March, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Pasco County, Florida, as follows:
LOT 16, BLOCK 1, EPPING FOREST AT LAKE BERNADETTE, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 129-135, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 6, 2015, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
