NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000347 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in that certain cause pending in the above-styled case, and under and by virtue of the terms of the said Judgment, the Clerk of Court of Sarasota County, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on April 10, 2015 beginning at 9:00 a.m., the same being a legal sales day and the hour a legal hour of sale, the real and personal property situated in Sarasota County, Florida and legally described as follows:
LOT 122, BRADFORD MANOR TOWNHOMES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 30, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property address: 1526 Grantham Drive, Sarasota, Florida 34234.
Any person claiming an interest in any surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
