YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PASCO AND STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS FOLLOWS:
THE SOUTH 90 FEET OF THE NORTH 180 FEET OF THE SOUTH 588 FEET OF THE EAST HALF (E 1/2) OF TRACT 10 OF PORT RICHEY LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; THE WEST 25 FEET THEREOF BEING SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY; THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID TRACT 10 BEING THE SAME AS THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1/4) OF SAID SECTION 9.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 2/16/15/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
