NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure dated December 18, 2014 entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010844-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Maribel Stewart; Rafaela Calderon; Unknown Spouse of Maribel Stewart; Unknown Spouse of Rafaela Calderon; Unknown Tenant 1; Unknown Tenant 2; and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the above named Defendant(s), who (is/are) not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, spouses, or other claimants; Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County, an Agency and Instrumentality of the County of Pinellas, Florida are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, COLONIAL MANOR UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 12 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
