NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-007894, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL INC. is the Plaintiff and KANDYCE R. KING; ALEOUS CHAMBERS A/K/A ALEOUS M. CHAMBERS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEOUS CHAMBERS A/K/A ALEOUS M. CHAMBERS; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (701 EAST 60TH STREET NORTH SIOUX FALLS, SD 57104) SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, OF HILLCREST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
